Start Up Partners (“SUP,” “we,” “us”) is a venture studio based in Birmingham, Alabama, operating the website at sup.ventures. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or reach out, and what we do with it.

When you use the contact form or email us, you choose to share details such as your name, email address, what you are building, your stage, and the message you write. We only receive what you send.

Like most websites, our host records standard technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This helps keep the site running and secure.

We use what you send to reply to you, understand whether we are a good fit to help, and follow up about working together. We use technical logs to operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked to hear from us.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, and only as needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept cookies. It uses cookies to measure page visits, contact clicks, and confirmed contact submissions. Advertising features stay off.

Our Analytics events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, and contact messages. We remove query strings and page fragments, and use page paths in place of page titles. Google still receives browser and connection information needed to provide its service.

We keep the messages and contact details you send for as long as we need them to help you or stay in touch, then we delete them. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

This site is meant for founders and business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
